The Boys' Brigade & Girls' Association is a Christian based youth organisation for young people aged between 5 and 18

The age groups are split into four main sections (Anchor Boys, Junior Section, Company Section and Senior Section).

"The advancement of Christ's Kingdom amongst Boys and the promotion of habits of obedience, reverence, discipline, self-respect and all that tends towards true Christian manliness."

The Boys' Brigade is the oldest of the uniformed youth organisations, having started in Glasgow, Scotland in 1883.

The Birmingham Battalion Boys’ Brigade & Girls’ Association is the biggest Battalion in England and Wales.
The Battalion has 48 companies in Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Rugby, Nuneaton & Leamington Spa
